elan - training and development is a centre of excellence providing a unique blend of psychotherapy, counselling, personal development workshops, and training. We are Manchester's longest running Transactional Analysis training institute.

We provide a comprehensive training in Transactional Analysis and Integrative Psychotherapy that can lead to registration with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy. It can also be used for accreditation purposes with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

We are also the Manchester site for The Northern Guild for Psychotherapy and provide a Postgraduate Diploma/Msc in Integrative Psychotherapy validated by the University of Wales.

We take a holistic approach to personal development, integrating spiritual dimensions into training and psychotherapy.

We also provide group and individual psychotherapy and counselling.
