The 101 is the basic introductory course on Transactional Analysis. Conducted in a small group setting - usually between 8 to 10 people - we use a combination of straight forward teaching, structured exercises in which the material is applied to real life experience discussion and laughter. The course is tailored to meet the individual requirements of the participants. A 101 attendance certificate is issued to all participants which will evidence attending if the participant pursues further TA training.

Who it's for

This is the official introductory course on Transactional Analysis and will be of interest to those who wish to experience a comprehensive basic introduction to the practice of psychotherapy and/or counselling within a Transactional Analysis framework. It also has great value for those who wish to further develop their self-understanding.

Course Content

The course is a mixture of teaching, discussion and structured exercises to illustrate the material. The basic concepts of TA will be taught in an easy to understand manner in a small group setting.
